Information for the Fall Semester
The deadline for application to the Caskey School was July 1 for the Fall semester. After that point, consideration for admission is granted on a case-by-case basis. For students who have already been accepted, outstanding application documents should be submitted to the office of the Caskey School as soon as possible, but no later than the beginning of the semester.
New students in the Master of Arts with an Emphasis in Biblical and Theological Studies who are beginning their enrollment with the Fall semester are required to attend orientation on Wednesday, August 15th. New students pursuing the Master of Arts with an Emphasis in Pastoral Ministry degree are required to attend new student orientation on Friday, August 24th. New students in the Associate of Arts in Pastoral Ministry and the Certification/Advanced Certification in Pastoral Ministry programs are required to attend orientation on Friday, September 7th. Please make arrangements to be on campus for this event.
In order to pre-register for the upcoming semester, new students will register for classes at their respective orientation events.
Current students should already have pre-registered for the Fall semester. If you have not pre-registered and would like to, or if you would like to alter your fall schedule please email firstname.lastname@example.org with that information.

On-Campus Class Dates for the Fall Semester
Classes for the Fall Semester will be divided into two separate cohorts with Master of Arts with an Emphasis in Pastoral Ministry students meeting as Cohort II and Associate of Arts in Pastoral Ministry and Certification/Advanced Certification in Pastoral Ministry students meeting as Cohort I. All of these classes will be held from 1:00 pm-9:00 pm each Friday and 8:00 am-4:00 pm each Saturday. Hotel rooms will be provided upon the student's request for students residing outside the Pineville/Alexandria area for each Friday night.
Cohort II will meet on-campus on Friday, August 24th-Saturday, August 25th; Friday, October 12th-Saturday, October 13th; and Friday, November 16th-Saturday, November 17th.
Cohort I will meet on-campus on Friday, September 7th-Saturday, September 8th; Friday, October 19th-Saturday, October 20th; and Friday, November 30th-Saturday, December 1st.
